Getting on the wrong public transit train or subway line, twice (Berlin)

Confusing different stations on the clearly labeled map, three times (Berlin)
Taking forty minutes to cover fifteen minutes’ worth of distance via public transit, twice (Berlin)
Losing track and becoming lost walking around the city, three times (Berlin)
Searching for the U1 and U2 subways for twenty minutes, actually needing the S1 and S2 train lines (Berlin)
Walking out of the airport without collecting checked-in duffel bag then not being able to re-enter (Oslo)
Not knowing directions to get from station to hostel upon arrival (free Norwegian wifi to the rescue! Oslo)
Mistyping codes repeatedly for several minutes and almost not getting airport-to-city train tickets (Oslo)
Trying to slide into a hostel room on the floor below mine (Oslo)

Not wearing gloves in a bitterly windy and perpetually raining city (turned bright pink, picture above; Bergen)
Taking shortcuts cutting through a fenced-off shipyard (Bergen)
Taking the tram up, then walking down a mountain amidst an oncoming storm (Bergen)

I made lots of mistakes in Berlin and Paris too.
