It’s a pleasure to meet you and thanks for taking the time to read my blog Professoriate Musings.
My name is Lehi. Lehi in Hebrew means “leader” as well as “jaw bone”, is a Prophet in the Mormon religion, and the pronunciation means awesome in Chinese. I was born in Utah, raised in Oregon, went to undergrad in Los Angeles, studied a Master’s in Miami, and now here at Virginia Tech for a PhD in Business with a concentration in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I’m about 60% German and 40% Nordic by heritage, hence on most handles I go by NordicGod or TravelingNorseman.
I love traveling and have been to a ton of places. I’d say my favorite destination by far is Brazil….I’ve been about 12 times. Hahahaha….nothing like wearing square cuts on Ipanema Beach drinking a caipirinha at sunset with Sugar Loaf mountain in the background!!
I’m at a place in life where I’m educated, dedicated, and liberated!!
