Welcome to my page! I am currently a fifth year PhD student in the Translational Biology, Medicine and Health program at Virginia Tech.
Originally from Fairfax, VA, I received my Bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from the College of William and Mary in 2014. I first became interested in research in my second year as an undergraduate. I have a diverse research background, which I believe gives me a unique perspective and approach to research questions. My current research focuses on the effects of exercise on neural activity and behavior.
At the completion of my PhD, I hope to move into an industry research position.
