Learning isn’t a destination, starting and stopping at the classroom door. It’s a never-ending road of discovery and wonder that has the power to transform lives. Each learning moment builds character, shapes dreams, guides futures, and strengthens communities.

Pearson is a leader in the education industry and has partnered with P2P to develop educational tools to support learners at every stage of their development journey. Because wherever learning flourishes, so do people.

The mission of the Myers & Briggs Foundation is to continue the pioneering work of Katharine Cook Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers in the field of psychological type, especially the ethical and accurate use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument.  MBTI is a widely recognized method for helping individuals understand their strengths, learning/work preferences and areas that a person may excel based on these traits.  The Meyers Briggs Foundation has partnered with P2P to develop tools to help children discover at an early their particular preferences and coupled with the cognitive power of IBM Watson provide various considerations to develop their skills and ultimately identify work opportunities where their skills can best be used.
These goals are achieved through the following methods:

  • Extending the benefits of psychological type throughout the world
  • Expanding the MBTI® theory to encompass new understanding and research
  • Encouraging the development and use of tools appropriate to the understanding of psychological type as a complex dynamic system
  • Educating through conferences, symposia, and the publication of monographs
