For students currently applying or accepted to begin medical school in Fall 2019, a full 4 year scholarship is available from the U.S. Air Force. The best time to start the application for the Health Professions Scholarship Program is right after the holidays (around early January 2019), but recruiters are happy to talk now to anybody interested so you can make an informed decision ahead of time. The HPSP includes full tuition for all 4 years (including books, labs, and fees) and a stipend of $2300/month. Upon completion of residency, recipients will practice 4 years as an Air Force physician.
