Virginia Tech Rescue Squad Fall 2018 Recruitment

The Virginia Tech Rescue Squad is looking for freshmen and sophomores who are excited to serve their community by providing medical care to our campus!  If you are interested in joining the Virginia Tech Rescue Squad, Fall recruitment is happening this week ONLY.

VT Rescue is an all-student, all-volunteer emergency medical service that responds to 911 calls on campus requiring medical attention.  VTRS is looking for Hokies who are interested in providing a potentially life-saving skill to the community and are willing to dedicate the time and effort required (25-30 hours per week). No prior medical experience or knowledge is required!  This opportunity is a fantastic exposure to emergency medicine and many of our members go on to pursue careers in the medical field.

Interest sessions are this Saturday, September 1st, and Sunday, September 2nd from 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM.  Please sign up if you plan on attending or are interested in finding out more about VTRS.

For more information, come to visit the table outside D2 or in front of West End Dining Hall until Friday, visit us at Gobblerfest or email
