U of SC College of Pharmacy Fall 2018 Application Cycle Now Open!

The 2017-2018 Admissions Cycle for the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy is now open!

For students applying for Fall 2018 admission into the PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) program, both the PharmCAS and Supplemental Applications are available to complete and submit.  There are instructions on the College of Pharmacy website at http://www.sc.edu/study/colleges_schools/pharmacy/documents/2017-2018_admission_cycle_applicant_instructions.pdf.  Any additional information regarding admissions or the College can be found on our website www.sc.edu/pharmacy.

A couple of reminders when applying for Fall 2018 admission into the PharmD program:

  • All 66 hours of pharmacy prerequisite courses must be complete by Fall 2018, if accepted
  • The majority of applicants will submit their applications and accompanying materials while completing these courses
  • The PCAT must be taken no later than January 2018; however, we recommend taking it in October/November 2017 at the latest
  • Both the PharmCAS and USC College of Pharmacy Supplemental Applications must be submitted in order for your application to progress through the admission cycle
