Ms. Hilda Burnette, R.N. and volunteer coordinator for Medi Home Health & Hospice, will discuss hospice volunteer and clinical experience opportunities in the New River Valley on Tuesday, October 6, 2015, at Career Services, Meeting Room B.

Information sessions (30 minutes followed by a short Q & A time) are scheduled for 11:00, 12:00, 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30.

Applications will be accepted by Ms. Burnette from students interested in volunteering. Please bring the following documents (copies of) and information with you to the presentation if you wish to complete a volunteer application at the session:

• valid driver’s license
• social security card
• current, dated automobile insurance card

You may also chose to email Ms. Burnette scanned copies of your documentation to link to your application after the presentation.

Pre-registration is not required. Attire for this event is business casual.
