Health Professions Advising will be offering a two part workshop on the Application Process. This workshop is targeted to juniors, seniors and alumni applying to any health profession in the upcoming application cycle.
Part 1: The Competitive Application February 10th 5:15-6:45 pm
Students will work and learn about the application process, and work on describing who you are and why you are uniquely qualified for a career in the health professions. You are more than your GPA and standardized test results. Learn how to better prepare yourself to be accepted to a health professional school.
Part 2: The Interview and Beyond February 17th 5:15-6:45 pm
Targeted for juniors, seniors, and alumni applying in the 2015-2016 cycle. Designed to help pre-health students learn about health professional school interviews, secondary applications, and how to articulate WHO YOU ARE. Covers traditional interview, and will touch on the Multiple Mini Interview (MMI).
You are encouraged (but not required) to attend both parts of this workshop.
Both workshops will be held in the Smith Career Center. Limited to first 75 attendees.
