2017 Graduate and Professional School Fair
Information for Recruiters and Students

HOW MUCH: FREE FOR STUDENTS! Recruiters, $300 per table for two representatives ($200 for Virginia Tech departments and affiliates)

REGISTRATION FOR RECRUITERS: We accept credit cards, checks, and internal funds transfers (VT only)
VIRGINIA TECH DEPARTMENTS AND ENTITIES ONLY: We have reserved 15 tables exclusively for VT departments and affiliated entities through July 31, 2017. After this date, remaining tables will be opened to the public. The price will not change for VT departments after July 31. Please make your reservation early. We cannot guarantee space for VT departments after this date!
SPECIAL NOTE: This event is the primary annual fundraising event for the GSA. Funds raised through this event will be used to support graduate student activities throughout the year. Virginia Tech does not profit from fees collected through this event.
Cancellation policy for recruiters: Registrations can be cancelled for a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees — unfortunately, we are unable to refund those) on or before September 1, 2017. Cancellations after this date will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Day-of-event cancellations and no-shows cannot be refunded under most circumstances. Refunds will typically be issued by check regardless of method of original payment.
