Salary Details: $42,041 annually

Overview:

Provides clinical, case management and consultation services for individuals with mental illnesses, substance use disorders and/or developmental disabilities and their families/care providers.  Also provides supportive counseling, individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, assessment, ISP development, psycho-education, and referrals to consumers and their families/care providers.  Develops and maintains working relationships with: individuals served, families and/or care givers, other NRVCS programs, and other community agencies and resources as needed to assure quality services.  Works as part of the KPACT treatment team to assure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and function optimally in the community.

Must serve one on call week every 6 weeks.  Hours are compensated in addition to salary.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in human services related field and at least one year’s clinical experience working with children and/or adolescents is required.  Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration (or equivalent) is required and training is provided. QMRP and/or QSAP eligibility or status is helpful.

Must be registered as a LMHP or LHMP-E, or meet the qualifications as QMHP or QMHP trainee as set forth by the board of counseling.
