I’m a PhD student studying how agricultural best management practices (for example, cattle exclusion from streams) influence stream health.
What’s your favorite aspect of your research?
I love working in streams; you never know what you will find, like this baby snapping turtle!
Your favorite Blacksburg activity!
I love to hike and backpack all of the amazing trails around Blacksburg. Some of my favorite trails are Stiles Falls, Devil’s Marbleyard, and McAfee’s knob.
