Student African-American Brotherhood (SAAB)
SAAB targets male students of African descent to assist in developing a complete understanding of their responsibilities as college students and citizens. SAAB men strive to empower themselves and the community by embracing the principles of accountability, proactive leadership, self-discipline, and intellectual development. Student African-American Sisterhood (SAAS)

SAAS is a new organization at Virginia Tech that seeks to enhance the academic success and unification of sisters across the nation regardless of age, educational level, sorority affliation, or background. SAAS strives to enrich the educational experience of Black and Brown females through unity, academic excellence, service, and support. Asian American Student Union

The mission of AASU is to serve the Asian/Pacific Islander American (APIA) community within Virginia Tech.

Black Organizations Council(BOC)

The Black Organizations Council (BOC) is the umbrella organization for the predominately African American organizations at Virginia Tech. The council serves as a liaison between the university administration, constituent organizations and the community.

Jewish Student Union

JSU serves as an umbrella organization for the Jewish student organizations on campus. JSU’s mission includes providing an open forum for communication and serving as an advocate/liaison between Jewish students, administration and the campus community.

Latino Association of Student Organizations (LASO)

LASO is the umbrella organization encompassing all the Latino student organizations at VT. LASO sponsors events and programs promoting Latino culture. LASO also addresses, supports, and promotes issues and concerns of the Latino community.

Council of International Student Organizations (CISO)

CISO is an umbrella organization representing all international student organizations at Virginia Tech.

Latin American and Iberian Graduate Students Association (LAIGSA)

LAIGSA (Latin American and Iberian Graduate Students Association represents 22 countries from South America, Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe.

Queer Grads, Professionals, and Allies (QGPA)
