During First Year Common Lecture, every student was assigned to “use geometric principles to construct with pencil the uppercase letter B in a serif font.” We were to place the 8″ tall letter on a 10″ square sheet of Bristol.
- This was the B I constructed for our first year assignment
- After the initial “B” assignment, we were asked to use the rules from the B to construct our initials, in my case: E, A, and C
- This is another iteration of the vector letters, this time the outlines are filled in.
