The first initiative of the Virginia Tech Active Co-Learning in Higher Education group is to participate in Connected Courses.  The VT Active Co-Learning is being led by the Graduate School in collaboration with TLOS to create the place and space for conversation about co-learning for Virginia Tech graduate students and faculty.

According to the website, “Connected Courses is a collaborative network of faculty in higher education developing online, open courses that embody the principles of connected learning and the values of the open web.”  The focus of the group for Fall 2014 is to offer a course for developing and teaching connected courses.
