BT Transit Survey

As students of the university, you should receive a survey from BT transit. As graduate students, we highly encourage you to take part in this survey and provide feedback on how the bus system, schedule, routes, and availability can better meet your needs!

Blacksburg Transit is conducting research with Virginia Tech community members to learn more about ridership and how transit can be transformed in the future. This survey is designed to determine more about your transit habits and needs as well as the best ways for Blacksburg Transit to improve communication between customers and BT.  Thank you for your participation in this important project.

Your response to the survey is entirely voluntary.

If you have any difficulties completing your survey, please contact the Virginia Tech Center for Survey Research at vtcsr@vt.edu.

Two-Factor Login Survey

The University is moving towards a 2-factor authentication system that will be mandatory for all Virginia Tech users beginning July 4th. This is a result of hacking attempts on the University escalating since last September, which have led to small cases where direct-deposit or personal information was changed.

We’ve heard your concerns and are working with the University to address them. In the meantime, we’d love to hear your thoughts through a campus-wide survey. It only takes a minute, and you can do it right on your phone!
